Guess I will just keep giving my money to Amazon as the stores in Kingston leave me no choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not a regular Ren’s shopper but in the past any time I’ve been in I’ve never had any issues. This evening upon arrival we walked in and a blonde employee walked in front of us but never greeted us, asked if we needed assistance or anything else. We began looking and were approached by another employee (a lady with greyish black hair) who at first asked if we needed any assistance, I replied I didn’t as we were currently browsing - before getting to the dog food which was what we actually came here for. She then hastily changed her tone and told us that they were closing and we needed to hurry up and walked away as if we were an inconvenience. I understand it was nearing the end of closing but I didn’t realize what time they closed, the first employee didn’t acknowledge us or the closing time and the second employee was just rude. Which is disappointing as this is the only retailer in town that carries the brand of raw dog food we were planning to switch to … we ended up leaving (without our dog food that you had in stock) and chancing it would be available at another store as employees were clearly unwilling or unwanting to do their jobs towards the end of shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 3 hours to get food that wasn't readily available so went to Kingston and Belleville. The staff and woman who helped me in Kingston was very helpful and gave me suggestions for other foods etc. Belleville was quite the opposite experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with their selection but most importantly we switched our dogs to raw food in October, and Holly as well as all of her sales associates have been wonderful every time we had questions regarding raw food.
