T	Thomas Stica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased products in Strathmore that did not fit my dog. I returned products to Okotoks, only yo be greeted by a very unfriendly staff member, even after I purchased a 70$ bag of dog food. Will try Petsmart next time.

All their assigned spots were taken by the restaurant patrons that surround them. Had to park quite a distance away from store. Otherwise great little store and staff.

Especially since shopping expierences have been tense during this trying time. A smile and warm greeting, even from a distance, makes such a difference.

We've tried calling, but they don't pick up, or call back. It's simply unprofessional. Please update your hours, or the very least, answer your phone.
