There is such thing as "Medical exemptions" and they need to pull their heads out of their hind quarters long enough to realize that they are hurting nobody with their rude behavior but themselves. Lost my business

There was a guy who help me with my aquarium needs and was quite nice, although the process was long due to lack of staff. I decided to pop by again as it is quite near my work and I wish I had not. Jordynn was the one who helped me and she was very rude. She sounded like a know it all and rudely kept providing advice when I asked for none. It was like I was buying the fish to eat them or something. I am an avid animal lover, I have 4 aquarium tanks, a turtle tank and 2 cockatiels and felt insulted when she just glared at me and kept mentioning everything I did was wrong. I had no pet deaths or sickness since 2015! Buying new pets should be a magical moment and that certainly was not the case here. Petland certainly lost me and my friends as customers.

So she stopped in to see what they had available. The woman that assisted us, Jordynn I think her name was, was super helpful, answered my partner's questions about the males and females on hand and took down my partner's contact info for the one she wanted to adopt once she was ready to go. Best part, the associate remembered assisting my partner several years back with getting a ferret. Fantastic service as always. We will continue to return to Petland in the future!
D	Donette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attentive, helpful staff. Lots of selections for all your pets need. Pet tag name engraving a cute find. Chew toys are hard to find for my girls and always glad to find another. It's worth the drive and lots of in-store local treats.
B	Brittany Butt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping here for the last year and a half as part of the frequent buyers program that offers a free bag of dog food when you buy 10 bags. I've purchased WELL OVER ten bags of food for my large dog and today I inquired about my free bag and I was informed that the card they scanned (every single time I came in) was not the card for the frequent buyers program. So basically for the last 18 months nobody ever recorded the bags of food I purchased. What is this card I'm carrying around on my Keychain for? I come out of my way from Sun Peaks to shop here and I will not be coming back. If you're running this program, the staff and customers need to be informed that the club card is completely separate from that program.
