★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used N & H three times now over 6 years and each and every time they were outstanding.We had 2 floods and shingles blowing off the roof once and when we called N & H in a panic they came over right away to help and got things taken care of quickly and thoroughly.We would highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever too restore your water damaged home! When they put in the sub floor they dusted my entire home by using their saws inside. When it was time too do the baseboards they cut them at wrong angles and pieces were falling off as they were not nailed in. Baseboards that were not cut at a 90 degree angle were filled with chalking instead of recut. If pieces were too long they hammered them in causing splints in the baseboards. They left my home saying the job was done but I still had water damaged Baseboards I was told the painter would paint over my water damage..these are only a few issues with this company. Be warned NOT to use these guys to restore your home because it won't be restored. The stress and time I have put in is not worth it and my Baseboards are still not done 1 year later

I understand and I am fully aware with renovations things can take time but for a small bath room project it should not take longer then 5 months to complete. It still has yet to be finished. N & H contracting has shown very poor time management as well as not being personable what so ever towards this project. I would not take this team into consideration when looking for a contractor.

Our watermain broke and we were in crisis mode, I can’t even begin to tell you how lucky we feel to have come across their number when we needed help. (They even arrived before the city got there, we needed the city to turn off the water pouring into our home!) Every member of their team was super friendly, diligent, and respectful of our valuables during clean up and restoration. They were extremely prompt with any requests and did an excellent job with restoration. Working with Darren and his team could not have been a better experience during a very stressful time for us and our home. They were so so kind, understanding and hard working, we truly felt like Darren treated us like family. They very much went above and beyond in many ways. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone and everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 110 year old home downtown Kamloops. Over Christmas, my dishwasher leaked and did all kinds of damage to the sub-floor in the kitchen. N&H did the emergency work of demolition of the flooring and set up fans to dry. We opted, instead of repairing the kitchen, to do a large scale renovation and remodel. We expanded exterior walls and raised the ceiling by a foot and moved a staircase...all during COVID which presented its own unique challenges. N&H did all the foundation changes, structural beam installations and carpentry work and seemed to use excellent sub-contractors. The kitchen has been done for a few months now and we’re VERY impressed with it. They came up with unique ways to save us money without compromising quality. We will definitely be giving them a call for our next construction project. My husband and I both recommend them to our friends and colleagues.
