★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldnt sudjest using this company they dont have there priority in line, and they dont treat there workers well! Any employee is just a number and they do not help you excel in life! The management doesn't know half of what there doing and guess how long jobs will take and there always wrong they say 2 months it's more like 8 they are a terrible business to use and I highly sudjest to stay away and future customers and employees I'd find someone else to use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last winter, we experienced heaving snow damage to our property, in the Kamloops area.
The insurance company assigned a restoration company( I will not name this company ) and I wasn't impressed with them at all.
They did a superficial inspection, and were not easy to deal with.
It seemed to me that they were more interested in pleasing the Insurance Company than us.
I called Onside Restoration.
Darrin promptly came out and did a through inspection of all the damages.
Darrin was courteous, polite, and above all knowledgeable. I can't say that about the first Restoration Company.
I highly recommend Onside Restoration in Kamloops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ initial emergency response was outstanding - some trades selected were not - breakages and not honored when agreed on re-payment. Sadly communication broke down when changes were need **update** it has taken some months to accomplish but On Side has indeed "made it right"
Thanks! It's been a long haul for one room and Aug 2020 to today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Side were fair and professional throughout a water-damage restoration process, gave a good indication of the required work up front and followed through. I considered giving only 4 stars because there was a miscommunication about a completion milestone that caused some significant fallout, but they were apologetic, gracious and compensated us for the event - so 5 stars for doing their best to make it right. I would use them again.
