★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty poor customer service. They don't have much stock and won't order items in for you. Save your time and shop online, or go to Flaman Fitness down the street. Flaman was able to order in everything I was looking for.

They have solid prices, the most personable staff and will bend over backwards to help your fitness goals. Definetely the best place in town to shop for fitness equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave them business for 2 years. Bought gew barbells and weights 2 months ago. The barbell broke, weights are falling apart and the owner of the place just walked away from whole situation saying they can't do anything about it. Very bad customer service. Inferior stuff and poor customer service.

The sales team, particularly in my case Marlo, went above and beyond any expectation I had to acquire that which I was looking for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our school has long shopped at Red Tag Fitness, and they have always given us great deals, advice, and service. It was not a surprise, therefore, that when we had to purchase a treadmill for home, they were the first people we looked to. The sales team shared their great knowledge base on products and use, and we were very happy with our purchase. When we started to have issues with the equipment, the service department went above and beyond in attempting to troubleshoot a very difficult problem. After doing everything possible to remedy the error code, the owner was kind enough to let us return it. It is easy to see why they have been a success in Kamloops for many years, and I hope they continue to thrive for years to come.
