From the initial service call right through to the completion of a brand new system install, everyone was exceptional in their delivery of customer service and timely results (and there were a lot of people involved). We switched over from a failed electric system to a brand new gas furnace with AC and we are very happy. I would absolutely recommend Rapid Cool, they exceeded my expectations.

I called to have it fixed under warrenty, and was told it would be 8 days before someone could come out. Unbelievable! I called someone else and had it repaired at my cost, but at least he came out much quicker.
J	James Harrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used them for both furnace repairs and to replace our hot water tank and will never request their service again. With the furnace, we had them at the house repeatedly only to find out by another company they were using the wrong size voltage switch for our fan. We bought a new hot water tank that within a week was on the fritz, almost 18 months later and 100's of dollars, which we always paid, they finally did what I asked and now it works. When they swapped the tanks they put a tank in with a smaller fan so had to change out the pressure switch to compensate but that was only after I refused to pay their last bill without talking to a manager. The second it was working they were threatening collections!!!!! With our AC they came they saw, they switched out one part, charge 100's of dollars, it didn't work, they came back, they saw again, they decided it was a warranty issue and charged 100's more lol. Apparently their incompetent labor isn't covered by warranty or guarantee. I just paid the bills to end the relationship. What a horrible, dismissive experience.

c	cole nfc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Went in and got a board, didn't even check it before I left. Didn't end up even opening the box to use it. Turned out it was already open and they wouldn't return it. Out by 800$ on a board that cost 450$ from the manufacturer.

They are very helpful! And, they found some issues that other technicians did not noticed before (from another company). Since their team is great! He had the furnace and hot water tank installed in a few days and just in time before the cold snap that he knew was coming. I recommended to my neighbours and he also took care of them quickly and professionally . Thank you Steve and the entire crew.
