The plumber who came to my place was very knowledgeable and did his best to fix the clogged pipe with the pipe as it was. When that wasn't possible he explained what needed to be done. No pressure. My decision. I agreed. I payed over the phone with a card, so that was really easy too when the invoice arrived. Good job everyone.

They came to my place on a Sunday morning and installed a hot water tank. Repaired my furnace late at night in Dec 2008 and just finished installing an AC into the house with professional service right from Swain giving me a quote and talking me into a cheaper option than the one I was interested in and showed me with an app on his phone that I would only save $40.00 over 5 years on hydro than buying an AC for $800.00 more. The techs that installed it were great and did a good job. Thanks IPH

They both were very friendly and willingly answered my many questions as well as clearly explaining and demonstrating settings on both the furnace and hot water tank. I would certainly call IPH should I need one of the services they provide.

Pricing was fair, especially when I asked for extra work in addition to the agreed contract. New system works great and looks great. Would highly recommend!
