★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he came immediately.Found that the city only repaired the one side of the pipe contacted city they said it was our fault this time and Drain Tek proved it was there's again so they ended up reimbursing home owner for all out of pocket expenses.Talk about helping us above beyond his duties.Nathaniel is pleasant and easy to talk to and is definitely on the customers side.Thank - You again Nathaniel for your kindness and compassion it is few and far between this day n age but you made my family happy and we are greatful.Blessings to your family and business.
