After arriving to my house at 7:15 am and leaving without dropping off my package, the delivery driver then thought it hilarious that I wait 7 hours (2pm) before being able to go collect my package that never got delivered

Purolator seems unable to deliver packages to the simplest address... An address that's over 100 years old , in the downtown core and dozens of other companies have no problem finding it. It apparently baffles one of the largest couriers in the world to the point that I have to do their job for them and go pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn't have ordered it online. I'm a shipper and use puro extensively... until tomorrow. I will be happy to pay more to a company that will serve my customers and not their own lazy employees! Poor effort Puro!

I am completely disappointed with the professionalism of the company. They say they tried to deliver and there was no one at home, but I was at home all the time, they didn't come here. as if that wasn't enough three days later another package said it wasn't delivered because of the traffic, and I live in a small town and without traffic (kamloops-BC) a lack of respect for the customer.

Have had a package that shipped from Albert sitting in the depot for 6 days now. Have had 2 other packages sent through the same depot arrive before. One of which was delivered after only 3 days. (Ordered may 31 delivered June 2)

Received notice that parcel was out for delivery. We waited for parcel to arrive, then noticed that parcel tracking said that we refused delivery. I contacted Purolater, the agent checked the tracking, and was upset that we showed that we refused the parcel when we never were contacted. He contacted local office and filed a complaint claim. He requested a redelivery. Again, no contact but tracking said that he tried to deliver. Phoned Purolater again, requested another redelivery, same thing...says he tried to deliver. Eventually, we had to go to the depot to retrieve our package. Terrible service.

Kamloops Purolator says they attempted delivery yet they left no card. I was home so not sure how they attempted it. I drove to the office, person working there was nice enough but would not give any contact info for the manager. Seems no one is accountable. This is not the first time this has happened. Frustrating when I needed the item today and was expecting it. They should leave a card to show they were here and explain what happens next like the post office does.

Terrible service with no accountability. Shipped package Express from Alberta to Kamloops. These geniuses sent to Richmond to be sorted EVEN THOUGH THE ROADS WERE FLOODED and closed regularly and now 7 days later still in limbo. They have no idea where the package is or when it will be delivered. Of course no service guarantee due to covid and natural disaster. Kids lose out on Christmas and Purolator steals money. Sounds about right for a company protected by a crown corporation. Every other incoming shipment on other couriers came in 2-3 days. There customer service was quick to get back to me but that's an easy task when they only tell you they don't know where it is and just keep tracking. Run don't walk.

It is impossible to get a package delivered. The last one was 8n Kamloops for eight days, the weathers been perfect but yet they claim they could not deliver due to . 1. Weather 2. Missed connection 3. Unable to deliver 4. No access to apartment. We live in a house, dry driveway , and we were home 5. New Driver 6. Mechanical difficulties I think they just hit whatever excuse that wasn’t previously used when they sent email. Finally had to go to the depot to collect. No accountability, really bad service. What recourse do you have though.
