★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning just completed a 2 day installation of a heat pump & air conditioning. This was the toughest installation they had come across, as the maintenance room is very tiny, with very little room to maneuver. We have a forced air electric furnace which is very expensive to run, and decided to install a heat pump as well as air conditioning. The process started in January with ordering a custom coil for the world’s smallest plenum which arrived a couple of weeks ago, The crew was fantastic, and worked really well with each other. I was impressed they could explain how a heat pump works in laymen terms, so I could understand fully how it works, and how it saves us money. Vernon even took the time to program the new thermostat for our schedule, and tested the entire system before they left at 6:30 pm on a Friday!! Wonderful guys, great customer service, and a team that goes to the ends of the earth to make it work! I am so pleased and would recommend this company to everyone!!!

They replaced our natural gas guzzling 30 plus year old Kenmore with a new high efficiency Lennox natural gas furnace and installed a Lennox AC to help us copy with the Kamloops hot summers. Price for the job was very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, we were very pleased with the professional service that we received. I initially phoned them to give us a price for a new high-efficient furnace. I had problems with our furnace and was told that we'd have to change this unit at a cost of 1800 dollars plus labor, so we decided on replacing our 14 year existing furnace for new one at a cost of over 6500 dollars.
When the technician "Chad" arrived, he asked me what was happening and after 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and proceeded to repair the furnace. He had our furnace up and running in less than 30 mins.
Our total bill for the repair was with taxes 83.99 dollars.
We couldn't be more pleased and we would recommend Kamloops Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who's having issues with their heating and cooling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been consistently pleased with the service from Kamloops HVAC, especially Shaun who has been our maintenance tech the past few years. In 2020 we had our entire system replaced and were happy with the service then and the yearly inspections since (2021 and 2022). This year we also had a blanket added to our AC unit, to help with noise and we are happy with the outcome. There is a discernable difference in the noise level of our AC unit outside. We would recommend Kamloops HVAC to family and friends.

Their prices were far more competitive than other companies I had phoned and the service was incredibly professional. Highly recommend! I will be using them again in the future for all my heating and a/c needs.

They were delightful human beings, they explained everything in detail even when I had more questions then necassary. They protected everything in my house during installation, and cleaned up top to bottom when finished. They also kept me informed while doing their work. Everything from Sean doing the estimate to Eric in billing was exceptional. Price wasn't cheap but reasonable for the service and product provided. Definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my old furnace and install a central air system into my older town home. It was a tricky installation in a tight space and they did a fantastic job. They delivered when they said they would, the tradesmen were professional and personable, very tidy and fully cleaned up after the work was completed and went over the work that was to be done so I knew what to expect. Once the job was completed, the office staff were very helpful in getting me the documents I needed to apply for rebates very quickly and provided me with the info I needed to ensure I schedule my annual servicing correctly.
I do not hesitate to recommend Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning.
