We took it home and we were having issues with the battery and the screen, he accommodated my needs and wants without hesitation. He’s amazing and I will continue to give him my service! The owner was extremely friendly and provided awesome customer service. He recently had a break in at his store but was still in really good spirits, I was happy to be able to support his business. 100% recommend :)

Very nice and professional, insisted I check out the phone and make sure I was happy before I committed to it. Excellent experience and the phone was in perfect condition. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

My friend was in need for a phone and we checked out a few places in Kamloops but nothing in our price range was available, we came to this easy to find store and got above and beyond what we were expecting. He got a new phone, almost didn’t get a case cause it was a little to much out of our price range but the guy working helped us out and knocked off a couple bucks to make sure we got everything we needed to protect the phone, to make matters better he saved us a lot of hassle by helping him set up a phone plan in less then 30mins! Great prices, kind faces and a lot of fast and easy customer service. Really appreciate the guy working here that helped my friend out. 10/10 would recommend. If your in need of a new phone and even a phone plan this is your place!! Such great service. Thank you a ton!
