★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company. Shady business practices regarding contracts or your agreement. You will be caught in a loop continually calling them to rectify what was agreed to in the first place. It's obviously a game that they play in hopes that you miss the overcharges or give up on receiving your credits. Contact the CRTC and file a complaint if this happens to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went aberdeen mall before 7-8 months to buy iPhone 12 Pro Max with Shaw connection when I asked about network they said we have good network in kamloops but in reality it’s worst in internet and even some areas in kamloops I am unable to make phone calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty terrible experiance. What they advertise and what they sell is not quite the same. Sold me a cell phone screen protector with life time warranty. About a month later the screen protector cracked. Went back to the store with my receit and my demaged screen protector. I explained what happened and all they say was contact the manufacturer, we can only exchange it if was within the first two weeks of the purchase. Lifetime waranty that expire after two weeks. Pretty unbelivable and dissapointing.
On the other hand the manufacturer website is asking for US $15.95 in order to send me a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not offer anything for long time shaw customers. They offer things only to jack up the price later and will now only give you a price break if you commit to a 2 year contract. I will be leaving ASAP. They have ZERO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. When I disconnect they will try and get my business back. And ONLY THEN! THEY SUCK?

He explained our new plan and how to set up our new boxs for our TV's. Made for a pleasant experience.
