★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely had a great experience in store. Both of gentlemen working were very helpful, and laid out all the changes clearly so I knew what was happening. They worked well with one another in order to speed up my time in store as I had to start work at a certain time.
I love going into the Rogers store here because I know each time I will be receiving quality customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone!

The atmosphere is immediately welcoming and they do their best to take into consideration customer requests in order to provide the best fit. I've constantly recommended this particular store to my friends in Kamloops and will continue to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Pathetic customer service by Store rep YATIN. I was there last night to get a add on for USA roaming. The rep was probably new and untrained, also rude to talk to and was just trying to sell. Finally forced me on a $15 add on for unlimited calling to USA, when I tried explaining him that he gave to a totally different add then I required, started yelling and shouting and then after called to security saying I was a problem in the store and got me out. Person was really unprofessional, had no product knowledge and big thing, didn’t even care about covid government regulation, as he wasn’t even wearing a mark. Loved the services there when we had JAG here but now It’s all downhill.
