And always try to find the best solution for any of your needs. They have a beauty bar, brow station, etc. You can even buy lashes and have one of the staff members professionally adhere them for you. Overall great beauty boutique. This place got me into wearing lipstick!

Yesterday I went to return one unopened article of $50.00( with Receipt) from a $215.00 order, and was told because I was 1 day late I could not return the item. After over a hour of numerous calls, explanations, and advancements to higher levels I received an offer to refund half of the purchase price! Every staff person I spoke to was polite but were handcuffed from helping me due to Sephora's policy! REALLY SEPHORA ? During these difficult times you cant bend by 1 day, due travel for only essential matters! What you say on line and what you are doing seems hypocritical to me. Sephora needs to be a better corporate citizen and pitch in during the pandemic. I gave one star for the polite staff.

I think the girls name was teryn.. i forgot her card at home so i cant fully remember right now. But she took my blocky drawn in brows and helped me make them natural and pretty again ! I had a great day shoppin at this location and will always be back for great products and tips and tricks on beauty ! Thanks ladies !

What a wonderful experience-- to not be immediately gendered based on my appearance. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me like this. THANK YOU.

I am a business owner myself and was disgusted how they belittled me and when I asked for advice or a specific product I got answers like “no” and the back of the heads as they walked away. Paying at the till I asked about my account and how online they usually get samples (I order online all the time) also from being out of town thought I’d ask…. We’ll again got a sample thrown in my bag. I’m sorry but customer service is key and your girls need a talking to.
