Best Pharmacy in Canada

A	Aaron Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A woman with read curly hair was working at the pick-up area of the pharmacy, today. She wasn't wearing anything that would indicate she was a pharmacist rather than a regular employee and alternated from not wearing her mask to wearing it ineffectively under her nose. I did not feel safe picking up my prescription from this woman or from a pharmacy that isn't mandating that their employees follow health regulations. Not that I could. She claimed that my physician had not sent a fax. My Doctor has not failed to fax them previously but seeing the other comments it seems more likely that the pharmacy has a problem of consistency. All of my previous visits have been more than satisfactory but this isn't okay.
J	Jared Helfrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want the entire pharmacy to hear what you are discussing with the male pharmacist definitely go to Shoppers. No respect for privacy and using an appropriate voice volume to maintain confidentiality.
T	Todd schmekel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like standing around with pharmacy staff looking at you but not helping this is the place for you. Then you can give them your prescription and come back in a few hours to stand around again waiting to acknowledged. Then you can wait some more as they look around for your prescription in their highly advanced system of order preparation. They use this rare system to ensure your order is easy to find. It’s called the Alphabet, but there must be letters missing in theirs. Truly I don’t know anywhere others than government offices where the customer wastes so much time standing around…..maybe the airport. Are pilots pharmacists?
J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So frustrating! Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Tried to fill my prescription. Took a week and 1/2 to finally get my medication. Several attempts of phoning the pharmacy and them saying they didn't receive the fax from doctors office. Kept being told how they receive 100's of faxes a day. Several calls to Doctors office telling me they faxed it and it showed going through. I am just a patient needing my medication and it is unacceptable that I had to go several days without my medication. Maybe they need better technology than faxing prescriptions? Who faxes anymore anyway. Most of the people I talked to on the phone at this pharmacy were uncaring and not helpful.
J	Jenna Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unfortunate incident with an employee not respecting patient confidentiality and loudly talking about the medication I was taking, to the point where anyone within a 30ft radius could hear her. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Needless to say I am moving my business elsewhere.
A	Amanda Wahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to come in after 11pm and get some items for my daughter who has a GI bug. I decided to ask the pharmacist for some zofran tablets. He was very helpful and able to prescribe some zofran tablets for her. I was able to get her meds and get home quickly to her. I know pharmacists have been overworked and had way too many things placed upon them over the past two years but despite all this I felt genuinely cared for! Thank you!

Second time after waiting half an hour for my flue shot and being ignored (there was no one else in line) I went to desk where I was again ignored even though staff was there on personal call, I handed in filled clipboard and walked out. I guess they just are too busy for me. My time is not as valuable to them. Used to love going in.
T	Tricia Butler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member with the purple coloured hair could use a lesson in appropriate customer service and tone. She was incredibly rude to customers and her own staff, as witnessed a few days ago when 6 of us were were in to get passport pictures done (Staples camera wasn’t working). She snapped at the staff taking the pictures and the cashiers telling them “I don’t have the staff to put up with this, NO MORE passports today, they can come back tomorrow”, in front of all 6 of us (3 different family units) and many other customers. It’s not the customers fault you are short staffed, it’s not anyones fault that Staples couldn’t help us (except maybe Staples), and it certainly doesn’t leave a great impression on the new cashier that was being trained. All in all it took about 15 minutes for all 6 of us to get our pics taken and printed, we all pre-paid for them while we waited, and only one staff member was helping us, not the entire store. Thank you to the kind staff member who took our pictures anyway.
