He took time to help me understand about the medicines I take daily and set me up with weekly blister packs to make it easier for me to remember my medicines. The doctors office next door is a big bonus too. I would highly recommend this place!

Getting my prescriptions filled here is always a breeze and if there's anything specific I need, the pharmacists can handle it. They have great customer service and I'd choose them before any big brand pharmacy any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience with this pharmacy because they accepted our vaccine appointment, and wasted our time and travel to get there, filling the form, waiting; and then told us no pFizer available. I noticed that outside the pharmacy, there is a sign - saying no appointments needed for Covid vaccine. So it seems they didn't care whether we made appointments or not, then why would you allow to set up appointments in the first place?
Even worse, as we can still book the appointment online, so I did book again hoping that pFizer might be available one day after, but right the next day, the booking was canceled by them.
The only star I give is for the receptionist - she let us fill the form and asked the other staff- trying to get us vaccinated - now that we've already filled the form and waited, but that guy simply said no. If I recall correctly, he probably mentioned they only have one or two pFizer left when more people coming in.
Anyway, I'd say I'll never step in this pharmacy once.

I have booked another from other pharmacy, thanks for the offer.
What I don't understand is:
1. if you don't have enough supply, cancel the appointment right away ;
2. if you accept the appointment, it's like an agreement, even if you have walk-ins.
3. if you don't have enough doses, don't let people fill out the form and wait after they come to the appointment - simply because you didn't cancel.
I'll have to leave my reviews as it is.
