In the world of buying and selling houses, I’m a small fish. Brett can list a 300 Acre ranch and my little house in the same day and I can guarantee you that I received the same level of attention and service as the Big fish client. He’s plowed my driveway. Done dump runs. Answered my texts and calls within minutes of sending them. Knocked on doors of homes that weren’t for sale to see if they were interested in selling just in case that was the right home for me. He cares! He won’t pressure you in to selling or buying. If it’s right for you or wrong for you, he will tell you. My only hope is that he retires after I’m done buying houses so I don’t have to find another realtor group that compares to Griffin RE! Every time we viewed a new property she would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliance, etc. She always answered every call or email no matter the time of day or night it was.
