She recently handled selling our Okotoks home and purchasing a condo in Calgary and absolutely everything about it has been perfect. My wife and I both feel like she is one of the family and I'm going to miss my interactions with her and Eddie! I would unequivocally recommend her to anyone...she is a tough negotiator, punctual, on top of everything and really cared about getting us through this experience unscathed. 5 stars is not enough!!!

Great market insight, strong advise, responsive service, and a genuine desire to achieve all of her clients goals.
When we recently decided to list, we were provided with strong market insight, and advice on things to do to both maximize our sale and have it happen as quick as possible.
This also included a professional set of pictures and 3D tour that showed the house beautifully.
And when our first sale fell through due to financing, Julie and her team jumped quickly to work the market to get another offer almost immediately.
And on the buying side, Julie was very responsive to what we were looking for, and showed us places that met our needs to the letter. Very happy with our recent purchase.
