★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local store with comptetitave prices. They have very knowledgeable pharmacists who are always eager to help and extra speedy with prescriptions. Great staff all around the store and some great deals if you shop the fliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's funny. Their minimum wage Cashiers are way nicer and have a way better attitude than the 6 figure elitist pharmacists.
The pharmacists act like they are an upper caste, Dealing with the proletariat only out of sheer necessity. I suppose making 3 times the salary of the average Canadian, they are.

I just asked politely for gift receipt before cashier lady start to scan my items for letting her know, but she's kinda offenced, idn why, and rudely said I need to pay for items first. I just let her know i want to get receipt and wasn't rude at all. Also her attitude to previous customer and to me was very different, she didn't even asked me about bags that she actually asked for previous customer.
Customer service from lady at makeup section was really nice, so I disappointed more about cashier lady's attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The audio department has always carried a good selection of quality equipment. They had the best price on the Denon AVR I purchased. Unfortunately the reciever needed the warranty claim process initiated (owner misuse/abuse, oops). I thank Demetra and the tech department for handling that whole process for me start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the fact that I wanted insoles, but didn't want to buy scissors to cut them to size so I can swap them right away, so before leaving without buying them I asked customer service if there was scissors available to use so I can cut the insoles to my size 11 and she said yes, so I bought them and cut them to fit in my shoes. Now they're in my shoes comfortably. Thanks to the customer service lady! 3:25pm ish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The electronic section is terrible. Who sells games that are opened? Can't return product or get price match, even with proof of purchase. Was told "I'm too busy!" Had to manually look up price cost on my phone and the manager just grabbed my phone and clicked on a different website. Totally unexpected and not customer oriented. Perhaps he should take a refresher course on "SuperHost".
Edit: So they still employ the rude, bitter, individual manager in the electronic section. Take a huge hint from the reviews and dismiss the short, bald, sad little electronic man.
