★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a special trip to M&M today ...had discovered Salted Carmel Ripple Ice Cream and went back especially to get some more only to discover that they have discontinued it.....how disappointing ! Poor decision.

There are a lot of gluten free options to pick from and all the ones I've purchased are delicious (meals, sauces, and desserts) The key lime pie is amazing (not gf) and the sales staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate a zero I would. We bought the asparagus herb & garlic, baked potatoes & herb and garlic salmon for dinner to make in our Christmas away (in suite kitchen). The asparagus has zero flavour, the salmon was alright, and the baked potatoes just absorbed any sour cream. Overall, a terrible experience. Maybe I'm just used to food with flavour but I'd get a better experience from the grocery freezer section. Overpriced and under quality
