★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero if I could. Change rooms closed so you can’t try anything on, brought my stuff back, they won’t give money back or gift cards, only exchange within 14 days. What an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Never shopping or donating here again. Support small local second hand stores like the SPCA or Mustard Seed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Value Village and I was impressed with the variety of products. You have to take your time and go trough all the stuff but definitely you can find the right item if you are patient enough. I found after 20 minutes two cotton cardigans with $10 and $14 which usually are $60-$80. For the money you pay I think the quality is more than you can ask for.
I went second time here and I found a great vintage wool blanket. It is clean, odourless and looks like new overall. I paid $20 for it but a new one is around $100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SORRY, I dont really like the "village of value" because my ENTIRE FAMILY meet up at this place and take hours in there just to walk out the store with nothing! other than the store being sufficiently more addicting than marihuana its pretty good :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ebay pricing on items donated to a store is pathetic. there was a time thrift stores were known for low income individuals to shop. now it is for collectors. imagine having a business where you have to pay for no stock because it is all given to you. then you charge top dollar for it? something is wrong here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So over priced. Bought a stein for 5.99 and when I got home saw a 4.00 price sticker stuck to the bottom from another thrift store. And also saw a dress with a 34.99 tag then saw the same dress in Walmart for 19.99. They are a rip off corporation and should be avoided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far my favorite Value village. Always have a lot of selection and decent prices. Items are in great condition and they are fast at the checkout line. No change rooms that I could find. Be careful buying some items as the prices can be a rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its quite disturbing how much they charge for items. 8$ for a pair of toddler sweatpants. To think they get all these items for free. They need a better Manager who does better quality control. I spend hours going through racks just to find a deal and most of their items have holes or stains. Line ups are ridiculous. Not to mention the filthy on the items that they think are acceptable to put out on the floor. Terrible management to overprice items when inflation is already hurting families. Really disappointed in this store. I can't tell you how many times I find items priced higher then they are in stores. Its gotten worse over the years here and downhill and I'm done shopping here. The greedy pricing is not ok. I actually went to a manager for a discount on a sign that was a crack in the back and she said "it doesn't effect the function because it's on the back" a crack. I really wanted it because it's matched a set I had and I was willing to fix it but this manager wouldn't even knock anything off. Shameful and I don't say that easily.
