Like super rude and the strangest dumbest and ridiculos concept. Please dont go there cause they will dissapoint you if you are not 18 and under. I pay taxes!!!

We are always given different pricing and told diffrent things about having a worker support with a client while jumping, from being told we can jump for free to saying we had to pay full price as well to support our client during their time. Our pricing has been discounted from $8.00-$9.50 to being told there is no discount and will be paying full price when we had received one before. This has made it incredibly hard to justify to the agencies I work for, when we work with a strict session/monthly budget based off of the clients funding and is unfortunate to have to try explain to clients and families why we can not do certain activities in the comunity as we continually recive ungarenteed pricing.

M	Megan Nelson-Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged us almost $300 for a birthday party, didn’t give us a room until the second half of the party, and the room was the size of a closet. Adults had to sit on the floor because they didn’t even give us chairs. They left the garbage over flowing before we even got in there. When I went to the washroom only 3 of 7 stall were useable so had to wait in a line. The place was SO grossly overbook and unorganized it was one of the most stressful situations I’ve been in in a long time. 30 minutes of jump time, and no food, no drinks, no chairs, not even enough space to breathe. For almost $300. Don’t go here. We were not the only party that was having a hard time either. Apex should be ashamed. We used to be happy to throw our parties at Jump360 but Apex now is absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing staff that engage with the kids, remember their names and treat them like they're part of the family. Pricing is great! And never had an issue with overpaying in any way. We will continue to come back here day after day.

I'm impressed with the obvious focus on safety and cleanliness. Love that they offer Aerial silks! The kids had a blast. Can't wait for the obstacle course to open.

I cool looking ninja play area is in construction so that could be good when it's complete. Decent price to get the kids active for an hour.
A	Adi Pol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool staff. We were playing dodgeball, staff joined in, did cool tricks and brought in a bunch of people to play which made it fun. Kids loved it. Usually staff at trampoline parks are not enthusiastic or stuck at the front. This group of younger guys was full of energy, constantly cleaning and being involved with visitors. I like when staff enjoy their workplace. It makes it fun for everyone. There must be a great manager since all operations seemed nicely coordinated and everyone knew what they were doing. I only wish they'd have water to drink on site. Vending machine was empty. Overall, very happy and will be back for sure!
