We live in Ontario and called Kipp-Mallery to see if they had the medical equipment needed to get him back home to Cape Breton. Paula in Medical went over and above to help us in our difficult situation and all her help was really appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you again Paula we appreciate all your extra efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at Kipp-Mallery is exceptional. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out with my needs even when I didn't always purchase my products from them. I've come to realize that their pricing is very reasonable and in at least one case $50 lower than I paid elsewhere. I also like that they carry items that are hard to find at other pharmacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this pharmacy twice, once to purchase an ankle brace and once to use the Medview clinic. Both times I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was concerned about talking to a doctor online rather than in person but the nurse at the clinic made the process easy and comfortable. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible cough that wasn’t going away and I didn’t have any doctor here, I called the Imedicine clinic and it was so quick and so convenient. The medicine they prescribed me got me feeling better the same day. The nurse and the pharmacists were so kind and really helpful. Saved me during a hard time.
