β β β β β Made an order for 8-10pm, they charged me but didnt deliver. I called at 10:01 and the person that answered hung up on me when i asked where my order is. I have muscular dystrophy, have limited income and rely on online orders. This is horrible.

β β β β β I was there and its good. Customer care is awesome also they help you park your items . The parking is abit crowed outside but its a nice place to be. And go shopping..

β β β β β If you want to pay for over priced everything, go here. What I do like about it is that it's usually always stocked. Hardly ever are they out of stock of items. Therefore, it's dependable.

βΌοΈBut they sent me the wrong package and told me I could bring it back to the store to get a refund ?. But whatβs the point that I order delivery? Do you ever think why consumers order delivery instead of enjoying the fun of shopping? ?? love the food there, but I will hesitate to order meat again.
β€οΈPlease develop a better solution for this kind of problem next time.
It doesn't deserve a trip for 8 dollars.
What if someone is disabled receives the wrong things?

β β β β β Their security gaurds stalk customers pretty indiscriminately from what I've seen. I accidentally brought in an item to return that I had bought at safeway, forgetting which store was which. After the customer service clerk pointed out that I had a safeway receipt, I aknowledged my mistake, and I joked/laughed about it, to save face from feeling embarassed for my absentmindedness. The clerk then got the security gaurd and started following me back to my SUV, (as I wanted to put the item back in my vehicle before I proceeded to do some routine shopping at Save-on.) As I walked back inside to shop, the clerk and security continued to stand by the parking lot staring at me, so I as I passed them as I was walking in, I made another joke at my own expense about my absentmindedness, to break the ice. The security gaurd then proceeded to stalk me around the store as I shopped, including shadowing me as I was using the self-checkout. When finished paying I walked past him and asked him why he was stalking me around, and he acted awkward but confirmed the customer service desk clerk had talked to him, telling him that I had tried to return something from another store. If you want to feel acted towards in bad faith, or to feel violated and disrespected as a customer; then this store may be the place for you. If you want to be treated with respect as a customer, go somewhere better, like Fresh St. Market. All-in-all it was an akward and distastful experience.

β β β β β Decent grocery store, prices are high but quality is good. Recently however the store has been giving pins to employees to show their preferred pronouns. This would be a great move towards better inclusivity, except some employees have decided it would be hilarious to wear pins that say things like "My pronouns are BIG DADDY". Won't be shopping there if that's the sort of transphobic behaviour they allow of their staff. Groceries are cheaper just about anywhere else anyway.

β β β β β Great grocery store. Plentiful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My goto place to get groceries. Prices are competitive with other stores. The stock is normally really good, understandable that some things run out during the pandemic due to supply issues. You may find some things a bit cheaper elsewhere but from my experience you won't find the same quality in the staff's knowledge and friendliness.
