s	super mom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed in the night time staff like how funny they make a handicapped guy go do a proce check when there are 4 of them standing around like really. They are a joke for the night time staff. Day time are great and kind people. I'm very disappointed considering I spend almost all the money I make each month at Walmart because I thought they have a nicer store but I am dissapointed in them amd don't think I'll be back for some time.

While picking out line and tackle i noticed security walking back and fourth every 30 seconds staring at me. About 15 minutes in i dropped about $300 worth of gear and left. When i called to report what felt like customer intimidation a person named Robert continuosly kept saying "GOOD FOR YOU" sarcastically. He then said maybe security thought i was attractive then said he wasnt taking complaint seriously. During the entire interaction i could hear his colleagues laughing in the background at his childish responses to me. I recorded the conversation just in case, then contacted walmart corporate complaints. Hows that for a comedy routine hey Robert????? I guess big box stores can afford to ridicule and intimate customers.

In the bedding section there was a moldy package of peeled garlic cloves reeking up the area, and the self-checkout was filthy with rotting produce smushed into the bagging area when I went to use it. For a place that has “COVID CLEAN” chime over the intercom every hour, it seems this place is anything but hygienic.
V	Victor Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by this Walmart as we're staying overnight in Kamloops. It's a very large Walmart Supercentre! There's plenty of parking and due to the large square footage, everything feels spaced out and organized. Definitely one of the better Walmart's I have stepped foot in. Shelves seem decently filled and all produce and food items are nearly stacked. They only had one till open other than self check out area, but it was because we went late in the day. Per typical Walmart, there was an attached McDonald's which made it convenient to grab a snack for the kids.
D	Don Macarthur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 weeks ago Walmart ended the use of single use shopping bags in store, but failed to ensure a healthy supply of reusable bags for sale. I understand supply chain and inventory issues in our current world, but this was just poorly executed by Walmart. Well done. To add further insult, the tills are still programmed to ask you how many store provided bags you're taking. Really? You don't provide any to be charging for... update the tills, it's software. It should be a quick fix. And to complete my rant, every larger purchase paused your transaction to call the associate over in order for them to have to give you the sales pitch... sorry, option, to sign up for their installment plan. I just want to pay and go. I don't want to be offered more credit. Plus, it's sad when our groceries are so bloody expensive these days that having to pay in installments for your food is where we've ended up.
