★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got ID photos from here for me and my husband 2 photos of each of us cost $69.00!!!! It literally took less than 10 seconds to take the pictures and we came out with 2 passport sized photos each.Extortionate price will NEVER come back here. Do NOT recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has seriously gone downhill. They have a new manager who runs the studio and she’s not even a photographer! She’s an accountant! Her photos are awful. They don’t care about quality or their customers. Do not get photos done here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Portrait Studio is at the entrance of Walmart, on the left. The young lady demonstrated her friendliness and hospitality by answering my every single question with carefulness and patience. She was capable of doing all kinds of photos efficiently. Totally amazed as well as touched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my 6 month olds passport photos done. The lady working was very unorganized. Trying to take pictures of several different clients at one time. Then the camera she had was from the stone age and she could barely take the picture with my baby looking. Passport Canada denied the pictures that she took not once but TWICE! Was charged a ridiculous amount for photos as well. Don't waste your time going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photographers are friendly, but they don’t have a lot of creativity, and seem to being at a loss when doing portraits of anything other than a small child or two. The studio is very small, with interesting backdrops for only one or two people at a time. The packages are constantly changing, and the changes are rarely good for the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I came to do a funny take on the traditional family portraits. We had an odd request and a nervous Nancy, and Jenna handled our requests like a champ. Jenna was personable, fun, and gave us more then we expected. Would encourage others to find themselves at this studio.

Only negative is the time it takes - the company requires the employees put together a certain set of collages and poses regardless of whether you’ve told them you’re not interested. You are not able to choose and pay for your photos until they finish putting their prescribed catalogue together.
