★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just witnessed a gentleman staff member convince a senior that the phone call she received about her daughter being arrested and needing bail money in the form of many many gift cards wad a hoax. He kept her calm by pulling out his smart phone and doing the research until her daughter called her back and assured the now crying woman that she was not in jail. Kudos to that staff member for recognizing a situation about to go sideways and for stepping in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my pharmacy since they first opened. Great place to get prescriptions and diabetic supplies. The pharmacist actually does reviews of your medications to make sure they are doing the job. They educate you about new medications. They offer private consultations. They do Flu Shots. They also have the Postal Outlet, over the counter health needs, personal care supplies, cleaning supplies, electronics and a handy selection of grocery items. Staff is very friendly. One of my favorite stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's discouraging to see people walking around in the High River Shoppers with either no mask or a mask not covering nose and mouth. It has been two years since the pandemic started. Catch on, please, Shoppers. You are a company that supposedly is about supporting health, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women working stated she refused to get behind the counter to ring up a gentleman. He was told he had to use the self check outs. This is horrible behavior. I for one refuse to use the selfcheck outs, I do not work for shoppers or any othr company. It's NOT MANDITORY to use them. Stacey if you don't want to do your job, Go somewhere else. People who want to use them will, but IT IS your job to help anyone who comes to the counter accordingly. Refusing to do so is not in the job description... shame on you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the employees are nice and attentive and the store is well taken care of no question about it, and stacey does a great job considering company restrictions.
The reason for the 1 star review is because of the shoppers drug mart exchange policy on electronics, as they do not have one. I bought a defective sony product and because i chose to buy it at shoppers instead of eb games, best buy, the source or any one of the other competitors in canada I am stuck dealing with sony for 3 weeks to get an exchange. I dont expect them to honour a year long waranty, but a defective exchange after 2 days for such a large company should not be a problem. Customers should not be forced to bear the burden of immediatly defective products, especially in tough times. Shame on shoppers for selling products that they cant back in the consumers defense. Never buy electronics for your self or as a gift from this company.
It is unfortunate i have to leave the 1 star review on this locations page, but i dont see a way to review the company as a whole... Probably for this very reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our baby's pictures were taken (for Canadian Passport) by Ms. Leanne (and Ms. Rosa assisting her) at this outlet just last week; she was exceptionally patient, creative and attention to detail (our first set of baby pictures were Rejected by Passport Canada) and had to click several dozen pictures since our baby was fuzzy . We are very thankful for her efforts (and also to Ms. Rosa) and hopefully the second time's a charm !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this Shoppers, it's big and has a good selection of food items. Main issue is they for some reason do not post all of their sale prices within the store. You have to keep referring to the flyer because they don't have any tags telling you what's on sale. Other issue is inventory, many of the sale items in the flyer are either never carried or are only carried when the item isn't on sale.
