L	Leah Uptigrove on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, and unbeatable prices. It is worth the drive from Calgary just for the savings. Customer service in store was exceptional as well. We were able to browse and take our time without hovering, but someone was always nearby to answer a question or when we were ready to make our order. Unfortunately the delivery leaves something to be desired. We were told our order would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. At the two week mark when we hadn't heard anything I called the store. They checked the status and said it would likely arrive Monday but to not expect to hear anything until Tuesday after it had been processed and inventoried. When end of day Wednesday came and I had still not heard anything I called again. I was told that it had arrived that afternoon and that they would call me Thursday to set up delivery, it is now mid day Friday and I still have not heard anything. The weather has been terrible and I am sure the delay on delivery has been due to weather issues, but I am frustrated that the only communication that happens occurs when I call, despite being given specific timelines each time for when I will next hear. I still posted 3 stars because the service at the beginning was great, but I am unable to give this business a fully positive review considering the poor communication surrounding delivery.

M	Mykayla Bergie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a little discouraged. I ordered my new sectional in the first week of March and was told it would be a 6-8 week wait for it to be delivered. The staff is great every time I call in to check on it but I'm really sad it isn't delivered yet because nobody told me it could be 4 months. I called in yesterday and was told there is a potential loading date of July 10th, which isn't guaranteed. Thinking about cancelling the order at this point despite loving the couch I chose because I don't want to wait forever for it. I don't really care for excuses such as supplier demands or supply chain delays, as I'm sure that will be the response. I just want what I paid for. I'd caution people from buying from Timothy Fred's at this point.

Luckily the kitchen window was big enough. Thank you so much for finding a way to let me enjoy my sofa, I wish I had cash so I could have tipped you. Definitely recommend this place.

I asked if they could order something different in for me and got told no that’s all I get to choose from. Very poor customer service. I said I guess I’ll have to head into the city to find something and the woman helping me didn’t seem to care. I will not be shopping here for any future purchases.

He came to us when we had questions but left us alone otherwise (which is a nice change from the big box furniture stores). His answers were knowledgeable, and he helped us make a deal that we are very happy with. I would 100% recommended this store regardless of whether there is a sale or not. The no pressure feeling is worth it alone!
