He is self motivated and has achieved significant certification in many industry disciplines, such as obtaining both a Red and Blue Seal highlighting his competencies in business and project management. He is a certified National Construction Safety Officer which gives him the authority and ability to develop customized safety protocols which he has done for the Red Sky team members. Acknowledging the importance of a safe working environment and ensuring protocols speaks to the value Red Sky places on each team member.
