★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young lady that did my hair was not very OCD & I had to point out multiple times spots where she had left hair long, even after I had showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted done before we started. She was very friendly but I think a bit more training may be necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service. I went to get my girls hair cut and the hairdresser left part way through the cut to start another cut. She didn't listen to what I wanted or even offer a suggestion. My little girls hair looks the same just shorter. For a first cut very Disappointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the haircoloring I received. I went from brunette to blonde and the foiling process was very patchy. I recently went to west edmonton mall were I received an excellent hair coloring. The stylist told me that the foiling was done all wrong , the color was not complete underneath my scalp, made my hair very dry and tangled. I would recommend if anyone decides to get coloring from a Salon go to a higher end place rather than First choice, lazy job, cut corners not happy

I simply indicated I wanted a haircut somewhat shorter and stylist knew what I wanted. There was no complicated series of questions testing my knowledge of hair cutting techniques and terminology which was refreshing. It's just a haircut. And it came out great. Thank-you. I'll be back. ?
