Our Footprints Eco Store & Refillery

Since the first interaction with the owners, I have been in love with this place. I always feel taken care of, and cared for while I’m shopping with my kids. The products I have purchased are high quality, and I feel good buying them. Thank you for the lovely experience every time! I’m so happy to have discovered this beautiful store!

I have only ordered from here once so far online but had exceptional service, they are so helpful and quick to answer any questions you have over DM in a very timely manner. I already have a list started of more things I need including some refills of previously purchased products I fell in love with. Did you know you can still order refills even if you’re ordering online to be shipped? So amazing and super affordable compared to other eco friendly stores I have come across and the staff and owner are so kind and caring. Highly recommend

I love Footprints, there are so many treasures in the store! Every time I visit I notice something new. We have converted to refillable hand soap and dish soap in our home and at our vacation rental and Footprints is my go to for refills. If I forget my containers they have some available already washed and ready to go. They also have the most amazing shower steamers! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Footprints is a store that you walk into and immediately feel a sense of tranquility and good. You can see the love and care that goes into the presentation, items for purchase and care for our environment. This is a local family owned and operated store that making selecting eco friendly items enjoyable and super easy. I enjoy my experience every time I step in the door or shop online. So many goodies for everyday use and for awesome gifts for my friends and family. I will continue to shop here and share!

Update to my review 6 months later. I'm still in love with everything. And have probably another years worth of the deodorant and hair oil. I just refilled my shampoo bar but still have plenty of the conditioner. Still 10/10 definitely reccomend this store and their products if your wanting to make a fast or slow switch to a greener future. So far since I switched I've saved about 6bottles of shampoo,3 of conditioner 4-6sticks of deodorant from the land fill 15PLATIC BOTTLES IN 6MONTHS from just 3 items. Yup. A lifetime customer forsure :) Went up this weekend to check out the new store with my MIL. You walk in and right away you taken away to a hippies paradise of reusable and all natural refillable EVERYTHING! I could have bought everything in the store! The staff and owner are amazingly friendly, kind and willing to help you with anything on your journey to a no waste future. A few things I did purchase while I was there (I had to really try and limit myself lol) First is their baking soda free clay deodorant- Routine; I got the BlackBerry Betty. It smells like fresh baked BlackBerry pie while roller blading with your walkman; I've been able to use it twice now and oh momma I couldn't smell better in my hightest anxiety moments , The HYDRATOR pack is the second thing I got; they are shampoo&conditioner bars for dry,itchy and flakey scalps/hair; I have to say after just ONE use i notice a HUGE difference already, and finally but definitely not the least; North American Hemp co. Deep hair treatment oil I got this as I dye and heat treat my hair pretty often and since having my little have had major hair loss. This stuff!! It's a heat protector, leave in treatment and anti-frizz oil. Its come with a handy dropper that only allows you to get the right amount EVERYTIME. And BOY-OH-BOY my hair hasn't felt this soft and touchable in years!! Now with all this greatness comes the price lol it is a bit more on the wallet. But after having tried these products and knowing the refills wont cost as much as the initial, this store has definitely got a guaranteed customer for life!!!

Footprints is my 'feel good place'! I just can't say enough good things about them; you'll just have to visit them yourself. The whole team is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the store always smells amazing, and they have so many neat (and practical) things! Every time I go I can't help myself from purchasing something new to try. I've never been disappointed with anything I've tried. I have so many favorites now that I could write a novel in this review. Their online store platform is easy to use, and I've been leaving product reviews to hopefully help others try new things too. The retail store environment is so welcoming; you're never pressured into anything, or made to feel like you're not doing enough for the planet. I'm so pleased that we have this wonderful store; I'm a lifetime customer 100%! Love you guys, keep up the fantastic work!

This is literally my favourite store EVER! I buy pretty much everything there including shampoo & conditioner but also kitchen supplies. The staff is so amazing and helpful, it’s just an awesome place to shop. The compost service is definitely my favourite part and the store in general has made a huge difference in my lifestyle! I would highly, highly recommend checking it out, they have something for everyone.
