j	jared John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CutRite sucks. I brought my moose is to be cut and it was the worst job I have ever seen. The meat wasn’t even cleaned and the stew meat wasn’t event cut right. The pieces were the size of tennis balls. I thought it was just a couple of bags so I waited but then I seen this in all the packages so I called them after a month of eating it. When I called them they said it was my fault it wasn’t clean and I cant expect the meat to be cut right all the time. When I tried talking they just hung up on me. I paid good money to get this done and that kind of customer service sucks. DON’T GO THERE.

I got exactly what I had ordered - and the pepperoni I had made was awesome everyone loves it. The packaging is clean and nicely wrapped. Wait time was really short and the pricing you can’t beat. Very happy.
K	Karo Stein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karl is a great guy and fair... To the guy complaining they didnt clean your meat??? Its always the harvesters job to make the meat spotless upon harvest... It would never be a buchers fault if you gut shot a moose then get drunk and not clean the meat spotless... Please leave the wild game for those who respect it... Large stew is common as many people use a slow cooker and prefer it large and or regrind for fresh burgers.

He has called 4 times since Dec 12th to see if it was finished. He got a call today Dec 29th saying it was ready to pick up, but when he got there the bill said Dec 10th. So it's not only been ready, but sitting open in a box for 3 weeks. They obviously need to communicate. We had to pay full price and it's terrible. Anyone have a better option?
B	Brad Lillow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve had with a butcher in 20 years They decided to take prime cut, whole hind quarter roasts and make pepperoni instead of the jerky that is normally made from this cut. Even worse I was told I could pick it up between the 11-15. From the 11th to the 29th I phoned 4 times to see if it was finished and was only told if we haven’t phoned you it’s not ready. On the 30th they called and when I picked it up it was sitting in a freezer, boxes open, all totally freezer burnt. The bill said the 10th. It sat for 3 weeks getting freezer burnt while I was calling to see if it was ready. Couldn’t be more disappointed
