★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my fur babies here whenever needed, and I've never been disappointed! Kind staff, they explain everything clearly, and are wonderful to work with. My pets also like them, and are not as scared as they are with other clinics.

When I dropped my shy pitty girl off, I really appreciated how gentle and patient Dr Van Ravenstein and the staff were with taking time to approach her to make her feel comfortable. So very caring, it made me feel very confident that she was in the best and most caring hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted my puppy spayed before her first heat but they were booked up for a few months. They were nice enough to put me on the cancellation list (in case someone cancelled) and it wasn't long after that time that they were able to fit me in when someone cancelled. I really appreciated that they accommodated me. The front desk staff person I dealt with was professional but not exactly personable. Overall, a great experience and would recommend them. They do great work and they will be my go-to charity for donations. Many thanks to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get my male and female cat spayed and neutered as soon as possible. On the phone the recording said around up to 8 weeks waiting time to schedule an appointment. When the clinic called me back they got me in the next day, they where super friendly, good at explaining things, and my little fur babies where very well taken after? its a bit of a far drive. But definitely worth it
