★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gardiners Road Animal Hospital was very responsive to the needs of our 11 month old cat last Monday. He was having trouble urinating and we expected some sort of urinary tract infection. We called first thing on Monday morning and they were able to take him at 10 am. The treatment protocol was very comprehensive and effective. Although treatment had to be explained over the phone due to covid restrictions, the vet was very thorough and took all the time we needed to answer any questions. He clearly cared about our cat's outcome and wanted to make sure he didn't leave anything to chance in terms of his recovery.
The office has called to follow up on two occasions which we appreciated and again shows that they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure client's success and satisfaction. They also have great hours, both through the week and on the weekend, which minimizes the extra cost and stress of having to get a pet into an emergency clinic or hospital. We also had our cat neutered and vaccinated at Gardiners Road Animal Hospital. He recovered quickly and the costs were very competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst vet clinic i have been in my entire life. We brought out two year old tabby cat for feeling unwell the Vet disnt even touch the cat as the cat seemed upset he gave us tranquilizers to bring back the cat and experimental medication which totalled almost 300$ well long story short the only thing the cat needed was deworming. I took the cat back as i was told once the cat gets better since i was charged for the exam and the vet didnt even touch the cat i wouldnt have to pay for another exam well when i went in next time they said oh well the first one was an exam performed or not. Those vets cannot examine a cat let alone bringing in a bigger size dog do not waste your time ot money on that place find a decent vet who cares to provide care to your pet without looking to make most profit. Theres is plenty of good ones out there. The only reason i went there is because of convienience but not wonder why they have so many open apps when everyone else is overbooked. I made sure i informed family and friends who are clients and they are not going back either and generally they werent pleased as well! Im not going to even comment about the meds i was given as i will be writing here until tomorrow
As per your comment saying the cat is aggressive we have never heard of that before not from the previous vet nor from the one went after your clinic in the contrary they were laughing when they heard that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this clinic to anyone that cannot find a reliable clinic to look after pet. Our dog has ear infection and they put a medication in our dog’s ear. When I called in to ask if I should clean our dog’s ear if it gets dirty, the front desk told us to clean it and it won’t have any problem. However, it was then said by the vet that we absolutely should not clean it. Then the clinic starts denial that they have said something about wanting us to clean the ear. At the same time, they are offering us 10% discount to reapply the medication which means they knew they said such a thing as we can clean the ear but just doesn’t want to take the responsibility. We have went to this clinic 4 times trying to fix the ear infection problem but none of the medication worked and we have already spent over $600 on it. Everytime they just said it’s not this problem but another and wanting to do another exam after an exam that was only done a week ago. They just want you to do as many exams as possible but not really focusing on if the medication would work for your pet. Everything about this clinic is highly unprofessional and is absolutely garbage when looking into any problem of your pet. DO NOT go to this clinic, they will just take your money and will not do anything for your pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon having a negative experience at a previous vet, My boyfriend and I brought our cat to G.R.A.H and have enjoyed our experience with their services.Not only are the prices for examinations and store products good but the staff members are fantastic. Dr. Farooq and the other staff members have gone above and beyond with the care for their clients. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies to this clinic or their sister clinic East Side Veterinary services for the best animal care services in the city and region of Kingston.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going through a horrible experience and spending 1000's of dollars at our vets, only to have our dog die because she wasn't diagnosed properly. We heard about Gardiners Road Animal Hospital and immediately changed vets.
I am so very grateful for their services, prices and kindness towards our animals! Even when our cat had to be put to sleep the respect the staff and vet showed was heartfelt.
I strongly recommend this vet to absolutely everyone, even when we're out walking our dog I tell people about our experiences and how wonderful they are!
