I recommend him to all my family and friends because I am confident they will be in the best hands possible and he has never let me down. He is amazing at what he does, he knows his stuff and he will help guide you through a pretty stressful time with ease and calm. I never have to question his intentions hes not trying to push you into a sale you are not sure you want.He truely wants you to be happy with your decision and trys to give you all the information he can so you can make the most informed decision possible about one of the biggest purchases of your life. Going through houses he will point out things you may not even realize the good and the bad. Being first-time buyers in a city that we are not very familiar with and during a pandemic made us have many questions and concerns. However, Mat made sure to share with us his plan to make the process of purchasing a house as easy as possible for us. Mat was very patient and answered every question that we had. He took the time to know us and clearly understand what we were looking for. He made sure to always be available for us and was flexible with our schedule when viewing houses. Not only he provided proper feedbacks on every house we were visiting, but he also ensured that the houses that we were interested in were in good condition and met our needs.
Even though this pandemic made buying a house a little bit more challenging for everyone, Mat was able to adjust to the new changes and had a specific and very clear strategy to ensure that we found the house we wanted.
Overall, Mat is a terrific agent and took great care of us. We highly recommend him as your realtor because he is very good at his job and he clearly loves it. We give him a big thanks for finding the house we always wanted!
