Jordan did an amazing job selling the house for us! He went above and beyond to advertise effectively, preparing for viewings and open houses in a timely fashion and got a land slide of people walking through the house. He showed evidence of superior knowledge and wisdom regarding how to get the best price and went the second mile. Once again, we were very happy with the monetary outcome. I would highly recommend Jordan as a top notch real estate agent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When buying or selling a home, especially your first one, I think it’s important to work with someone you can trust. That person for us was Dorian. He is so knowledgeable and patient. The best part of working with Dorian was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house, but that he was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. He turned a nightmare process into a dream. I understand that buying/selling a house isn’t always this easy but you would be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Dorian.

My fiancé and I feel so lucky that we worked with Dorian in purchasing our first home. He took his time to get to know us and understood what we envisioned in a home. When accompanying us to viewings, he pointed out details that we wouldn’t have noticed if we went by ourselves. One of the qualities about Dorian that we really appreciated was his communication style. We wanted an agent who we could have a high point of contact with, as our previous agent was very slow to respond. Dorian was very timely and prompt with getting back to us via text, phone, or email. Overall, we felt that he had our best interest at heart and took good care of us. We are happy to say that within just a couple weeks of working with him, we put in our first and only offer and got accepted for a home we are so excited to move into!
