I just wanted to say thank you to Hristina and Andrea. My dad and I made the sad and hard choice to put down my baby Edward. It was very hard as I love him so much and I wanted to thank you guys for being so caring, not all veterinarians show as much compassion as I saw from Hristina. You treated my little Edward like he was your own, giving him kisses and showing him you cared. It eased my pain to know that he was in such good hands and with people who care about him. I could tell that Andrea genuinely felt for me and my family. My cats are not my pets, they are my family and thank you for treating him how he deserved to be treated. Thank you so much, I know my Eddie was calm and comfortable during his last few minutes with us and I will see him again at the rainbow bridge.

We adopted two kittens in the fall of 2020, and one of them ended up with a terrible URI which went untreated with our last vet. We switched to the Chaparral Veterinary Clinic shortly after, and we finally felt like our cats were in good hands. We were able to get in quickly, the vet took our concerns seriously, and within a few months our cat had completely recovered. When we had a concern about our cat earlier this year, they even allowed us to send pictures and helped us over the phone so we didn't have to go in again. I am so happy we found them after such a terrible experience at our last vet clinic - even if we were to move across the city, we'd still take our cats to this clinic!

When I requested special vaccine for my dogs, he went above and beyond to get them for me in time. Stuff is superb- Andreea is very accommodating and will go extra mile to make the customer happy. Highly recommended!

(And we have been to our fair share) We have unfortunately been to a few different vets, never finding one we really loved, trusted, or felt comfortable with We recently moved to the south, and had to unexpectedly take our pups to see a vet and was recommended to go to Chaparral Vet Clinic. And are we ever happy we found them! Everyone in the clinic from the front staff to the vets themselves, are absolutely amazing! So kind, knowledgeable and understanding. They listened to everything, and they helped me understand what was going on with my pups. The pricing is great as well. Worth every penny. I trust this clinic 100% and will be going there from now on! Highly, highly recommend! I can't express how happy we are to have found a trustworthy, knowledgeable, amazing vet! They truly care about your animals and it’s always a positive atmosphere once you walk in the door. They always call afterwards to follow up and check on my dog which I find very personable. We’ve been here for her check ups, health scares and dental and had a great experience every time. I would definitely recommend!
