★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had KamCity install a new furnace, AC and hot water on demand system in my son's house. James and crew were very professional - overall providing sound advice up front, quality work and a great price. They also helped us take advantage of the numerous rebates now available which saved us "lots". The Lennox/Rheem products via Costco are rated well and are working great. We had a few follow up questions on this job and our own home and James got back to us next day and was willing to drop by to ensure everything was 100%. Highly recommended and will be using them to retrofit our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace went during a cold spell in Oct 2020. I called a competitor company to come and service it. They came, yore my furnace apart, then proceeded to tell me I needed a new furnace. I asked how much they said I cant tell you we have to send an estimator out to have a look. I waited until afternoon of the next day to get a call but there was no call. I called them and they said an estimator would be able to come out for another two weeks plus they could only come at set times that really didn't work with my schedule. After hanging up I was upset and called a friend who recommended KAMCITY MECHANICAL. I called right away. James was over right away and had a look. Gave me options, put my furnace back together and had a quote to me for two options within 24hrs. I let him know what I wanted and on the following Wednesday his crew had installed my furnace, cleaned up their mess and was gone within a few hrs. I was very impressed with the quick courteous service. The best part was James was in the area installing another furnace so he stopped by to see if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with the install. Everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely call them again when I need work done. Excellent family run small business !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired KamCity after receiving quotes from two other local companies - and glad that we did! James and his son Austin replaced our furnace and installed a new a/c unit for our house. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The new units were installed in one day and they left the place very clean after. Everything is working great. The Costco rebates are a major bonus... and they're a locally owned/operated company and a family business! Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boys from Kamcity did the install upgrade of my furnace, thermostat and on demand water heater. In and out in the one day. The install looks terrific. Everything is functioning beautifully.
The boys get a 5/5 for the install.
Trying to get the paperwork completed correctly (in a timely manner)to get the rebate isn’t going so smoothly.
Make sure you have them include in detail, absolutely everything they have installed, including serial numbers and model numbers. Even if it’s as minor as mentioning they installed the thermostat.
It will save you a hassle of trying to have the invoice amended after the fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, speedy service from KamCity Mechanical! My blower motor seized on my 3 yr old furnace. They had a crew to my home within 2 hours and returned as soon as the replacement part came in. Top notch service! I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

They got us in for a quote right away and were able to give accurate timelines on when our new appliances would be available for install.
Everyone I dealt with was courteous and informative and everything has been working great!
Would definitely recommend!
