Unable to fix at the time, as we have to have the construction crew come in, but will definitely have them come back again when we are ready.

One of them was finding out how to turn off the water to my outside taps last fall. I figured it out too late. After a cold snap my taps were frozen. In the spring, I turned them back on and heard water rushing. I ended up calling Roto Rooter and the young gentleman that they sent was very friendly, professional and efficient. He fixed my problem quickly and the bill ended up being very reasonable. They will get my business again when needed.
S	Sydney Takahashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sept 29 replaced faulty kitchen tap and replaced faulty cartridge in other kitchen tap. Tech was on time and properly masked, respected social distancing. So far no leaks and all working fine. August 27 service call to cap off kitchen sink plumbing so cabinet trades could replace rotted floor underneath sink due to leak. Tech Tony was about four hours late due to other calls, called dispatch and they let me know of delay. Had to reschedule cabinet repair due to delay. Tech not apologetic nor was wearing mask or social distancing. Asked him to check all taps for leaks and said all was okay although other kitchen tap was still leaking. Perhaps he was having a bad day but would not request him again by name.

Plumber ( Tyler )offered to give us a quick fix for the weekend and returned Monday to repair faucets. It was about $300.00 LESS than I expected. The guys were amazing, as was Jamie in the office. I highly recommend them! Thank you guys and gals.

After calling for an estimate Mark came out the next day and walked me through the whole scope of work required and sent me a quote. We were able to schedule them in for work right away and the work was completed in two days. They were professional and went above and beyond to get the work done before the weekend. As well, they were extremely helpful in explaining everything to myself who doesn't know much about plumbing. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again in the future.
