Karri's philosophy of "creating a great relationship with tenants" fits perfectly with our philosophy as landlords. She has shown great integrity, efficiency and has a strong business sense. We couldn't have asked for a better property manager.

She had even spent some nights here which made me feel extra secure. It was fantastic not needing to worry about our home and knowing that it was in great hands and very well taken care of... We will have her look after the well being of our home every year that we go away for sure and as a Realtor here in Kamloops, I highly recommend using this company for property management. They go the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Karri stay at our home while we were on vacation. She looked after our pets like they were her own. Our dog absolutely loves her! It gave us great peace of mind to know our home was being well taken care of and we were able to really enjoy our trip. Coming home to a clean home and happy pets was wonderful! We will definitely be hiring her again.

I have been a landlord since 1993 but never have I been able to get a tenant who had all of the qualities I desired. Kari did. It was also beneficial that she was able to screen and show the premises to potential tenants without me having to take time from my busy schedule. Thank you for service above and beyond.

She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are treated with care and respect and that her properties are managed professionally. I want to speak to her amazing ability of making sure the tenants that she brings on are perfectly matched for the property and house size. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am renting a basement suit through this company and they are so mean and has no empathy what so ever. I hit rock bottom with mental illness a month ago. I was so depressed that I had suicidal thoughts. Therefore I gave up on life and let my rental home slip for cleanliness. So I received an eviction notice. Since then I have been getting metal Heath help and cleaned up my place, and presently trying to fight the eviction. I have nowhere else to go and if I loose my fight, I have to be out in 24hrs. That means I will be homeless. Like who does that?!?!? No compassion at all. I have never been late on paying rent either.
