★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a gold star this shop deserves it. good prices, great people, great service. I cant say anything bad about this place. They are honest, very forward and do a great job on your vehicle. As a young woman i have always been a little shy and intimidated to go into shops but the guys here are super welcoming and made me feel very safe around there. Would recommend trucks plus for all repairs and inspections needed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some problems with our Ford truck passing through Kamloops. It was about 4.30pm and no ford dealership would help us. We called this shop and Karl was super helpful and empathetic to our situation. We were running late to our destination in the US and he agreed to do his best to help. And help he did! We were back on the road in 5 min after he looked at it. We asked how much? And he said don't worry about it... What?! We gave him something for his efforts anyways. One of the best and rare mechanic experiences I have ever had! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give more stars, I would. I was having issues with my 2005 Honda Civic and took it to 2 separate mechanics (not in Kamloops). When I took it here, they correctly diagnosed my issue and gave me a thorough description of everything I needed in prioritized order. They also made sure that they only fixed what I agreed to, so I was not confronted with a 'surprise' bill. They updated me appropriately and were very timely and friendly at all times. I was never pressured or intimidated. This is the only mechanic shop I will go to, even if I have to get it towed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not needed their expertise, however, my friend swears by them, honest evaluation, friendly user staff; if you gotta go, go here. Trust me, my friend is a bit of a skin flint when it comes to financial matters…if he says it’s a good company, you can take that to the bank.
