The young guy who did the service was very polite and personable, and did the repair "on the house". Definitely will be heading back there in the future for any work on both of my vehicles. Was a very pleasurable experience in a world of overpriced mechanics.

S	Samuel Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the first time ever I give such a low rating of a place. went there for sunroof repair because some friends told me the hourly rate is lower there. well, the quality or I would say the competence is also low I guess. They finally told me the sunroof could not be repaired and they broke the driver sun visor and the passenger handle bar as well as the rear lights cover. And they just refunded me the full amount but left all those mess there to myself. they said no more work will be performed because they have refunded the full amount. now I have to spend hundreds to repair all this. And what is even worse that the owner keeps saying fxxking or asshxle to me who have a language barrier there. It's painful to remember all this but I still write it down to let all of you guys know about this place and this owner.

My partner took his manual transmission truck into them to have the slave and master cylinders changed out for the BRAND NEW ones my partner had purchased prior to taking it in. Work was done a day later than projected which he wasn't fussy about. He paid them for the "completed work" in cash which was over $700. Truck noticeably ran better although my partner was still curious of what was actually done and lifted the hood only to see that the master was never replaced and is leaking fluid. WHERE is the NEW part my partner gave them to do the replacement?????? Funny how this happens at the end of the week so of course we can not even contact these people to complain and inquire about OUR missing part. See you Monday....what a joke.

Unlike the dealership I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get my car in. They were polite and knowledgeable. My alignment didn't take well and they were very accommodating to get it back in and fixed. My husband and I will be taking our vehicles here from now on.

In the middle of all this my truck broke and these guys ( Ord Road ) somehow found time to squeeze me into busy schedule and stayed late that particular day fixing my truck so I could drive back home! No shop wanted even talk to me when I phoned! Ord Road also has a shop full of customers and vehicles. But they are the only ones accepted me after I explain my situation. Truck was fixed! Price was twice less then I expected! Next morning I safely drove home. Thank you so much!
