I just got a Honda Civic 2022 from this dealership last week the sales executive β€œMartin” really helped me out choosing the best suitable car and was always there when I had any questions about the car. Great service and great Staff.

I have leased my new vehicle here and I needed to change my bank account so I asked them to update my new bank account several times to pay my lease 1month before the due date but financing guy never update my bank information and Ibank charged me penalty ($48) because there was not enough money left to pay the lease in my old bank account but honda financing tried to take money. I tried to correct this but kamloops honda couldn't figure out why didn't update. It was 3 months ago but still never got any answer for $48 even it is absolutely their fault. Honda financing is taking money from my new account now but still sending letter that ''payment is overdue and call us'

The negligence of this shop almost caused an accident on the highway for myself and my kids. We noticed a weird grinding noise while driving, when turning and accelerating and decelerating. We had asked if it was covered under warranty and they had said it depended on the repair. If it wasn’t covered or nothing was found we would pay for the diagnostic. We also had a service done later and asked them to check for the same thing. They assessed it and told us they gave it a thorough look through and a test drive. They said there was no sound or grinding they could hear or feel. They said they tightened a couple things. I got in the SUV and immediately could still feel/hear the issue though it seemed a tad better. My husband tried it out too and went back in the shop and said it was still there. They assured him that any sound we thought we could hear/feel was a regular noise. We went home and eventually called back. We were told vehicles make noises and to rest assured they checked anything it could be and there is no issue. They made us feel incompetent. At the service, they still said there were no issues. Again, telling us there was nothing to hear or feel. We called in once or twice more and were told said they can check again but we are on the hook for paying when there is no actual issue. Most driving has been in town. While driving on the highway, we had a dangerous wobble but there was no where to get work done. I had it happen enough times to know it wasn’t the road conditions but had no safe places to stay/get reception for 100km or so. I figured my wheel alignment wasn’t right and took it in to KalTire. They checked the alignment and also found we had a control arm issue. They fixed it an the issues we noticed when we took it to Honda were also foxed. They said it can be called a death wobble because it can jerk you to the side and then back again which can be incredibly dangerous at high speeds. I contacted Honda and spoke with the service manager Tyson. He basically said there is no way they could have predicted this was an issue when I brought it in. He maintains there was no way for them to know there was an issue. When I asked Tyson how they checked for the control arm he sidestepped the question, Kal Tire says their protocol allows for everything to dangle which is how they found the issue and most shops won’t do this. Tyson refuses to acknowledge my concerns as real concerns and says that because it was months between my concerns and getting the vehicle actually fixed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle especially. I asked him if my concerns in the beginning could indicate a lower control arm issue or not. He eventually conceded that they can indicate a lower control arm but isn’t necessarily the issue. This shop put my family at risk.

Martin had been really patient to find me a good car with a reasonable price. So far I've driven my civic for 3 weeks and the condition of the car is pretty good and smooth. I'm very satisfied with the service from Martin and I'll definitely recommend my friends to get their dream cars from Kamloops Honda. Cheers!

First time buying a car, and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Lane Harvey. He was amazing. Answered all my questions, and offered a test drive without hassle and me asking. No pressure, he was just happy to help. Also very knowledgable about a 2019 Volkswagen Golf features.

First time dealing with the service department at this dealership. The experience was great. Everyone is super friendly and is willing to help in every way possible. Taking one star off as i had Honda Canada coupon which was emailed to all customers a week ago. The coupons won't work till June 1st and i live out of town so basically it's of no use. Pretty annoying

Dave and I had such amazing service from Kamloops Honda. We really appreciate Lane Harvey’s no pressure sales style. He was super helpful and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kamloops Honda to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic and it’s truly an amazing car. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Kamloops Honda and have always been happy with the service. Franco was great and everything was just super easy and seamless. Thanks again.
