★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our quad back for an issue that wasn't fixed properly the first time. Even though Garth was sick at the time, it took months before the quad was ready. We've not used it much since we got it back but went to attach the plow blade and found the blade post attachment missing from the quad. The post doesn't just fall off and it would not have needed to be removed for the Head Gasket work that was being done on it. I called Garth about it, he had no idea how it came off and said the guy working on it saw space where it had been so put bolts in but would look around his shop. I called three times, each time they couldn't find it, he finally offered to make one but would need the quad (or the one on the other side) to copy the part. We live over an hour away, not gonna drive for 6 hours (1.5 each way x two) for something that never should have been removed in the first place. We've had the quad for 6 winters and attaching the blade has never been a problem. I won't recommend this shop to anyone. If I could give less that one star I would!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to put a rock through the skid plate on a side by side and crack the transmission, everybody said you can't really fix that, here's a $6,000 estimate for a new one. G force told me it's worth a shot at repairing the crack, but obviously no idea how long it would last, so far it's survived 2000km of abuse in the AZ desert, including a massive G out that took a huge chunk out of the massive 1/2" skid plate I replaced the factory one with. Thanks fellas.
