★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The storage unit was not sealed off from the elements. My belongings were covered in dirt and dust. When I opened my unit it was basically protected from rain, baby spiders were running around and webs hanging of the door.
I had told the people it was not weather proofed and they offered me a blanket for in front of the door or a new unit. I had no time to move so I took out my most non dust resistant items and chances the rest. I sent an email about being disappointed and received no response. I have rented a few storage places before, but nothing like this. Super disappointed. I have some pics but not sure if I can post them here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my house July 31st 2020. Some memories were saved but 90% of everything was lost.. Thank you sentinel storage for being there for me when I was at my most vulnerable stage in my life. I felt the staff (Carlie) had my best interests at a time when I didn't even know what they were. Thank you for organizing 2 units close together and for making me feel that what I did save and what I have slowly rebuilt is safe and always monitored. I am also extremely greatful for the compassion and understanding shown by the staff during this difficult, growing and changing times. They always greet you with a smile and appears to know who their clients are, showing a genuine interest in their wellbeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the six to seven months that I had a storage unit at Sentinel in North Kamloops, the girls in the office were always ready to answer any concerns I had at a moments notice. There were never any problems with security at the site, and when I moved out in January after a few heavy snow falls, the lot was always cleared, allowing easy access to the storage unit. I left in mid-term and the rental fees were pro-rated for the actual time I utilized the storage unit which was a plus. I also have a motor home in storage at the Dallas facility and there have been no security issues there either. I'd definitely recommend Sentinel in Kamloops.

Nicole got back to me in good time with options and full details, including a chart map and aerial view of the premises. Very friendly and prompt.
