Most recently, they saved our vacation by getting us repaired and back on the water within the day. Only good things to say about them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with integrity. They fixed my boat and for some reason the assembly they installed malfunctioned, so they installed a brand new one for free. Finding a company that stands by their promises with integrity and smile is not an easy feat. These guys are gems! Highly recommend!

They gave us 3 options to fix, spent multiple hours figuring it out and talking with us to make sure our family was happy. These guys water test boats to be 100% they are the real deal. Would recommend to all family and friends!!!

This is our first boat and the team at Jaxsen-Pacific were awesome and went well beyond expectation with there customer service! If we need anything regarding our boating needs in the future we wont hesitate to call on them again!
