T	Travis Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered cod and chips and shrimp and chips, told the guy last time we ordered it (when it first opened) we didnt get cod even though we ordered and paid for it. Got it this time and it isnt cod, called and he said he wrapped it himself and made sure it was cod but this dry tough whitefish that they say is cod is definitely not cod. They also dont give tartar sauce for takeout orders. Would not recommend eating here unless you like eating battered cardboard. Inedible, had to through it out.

Having it all wrapped up in paper for takeout brings a touch of nostalgia. Their takeout special also has my daughter and I set for a few dinners and a couple lunches. Leftovers freeze up and reheat in the oven well. It's a favorite go to around here.

The fries could be a bit crispier. Other specific kinda of fish (halibut, cod, etc...) are also available as regular dishes. The restaurant also has bottomless soft drinks. Overall it was very clean and a good place for a late lunch as it wasn't too busy. Wait staff were very cordial and made for a positive experience.

Felt a bit judged by the staff by the staff for being a big guy getting the all you can eat fish n chips then they looked like they felt bad when I tipped well anyways. Overall a positive experience. I would reccomend. Lots of old people seem to like going there.
