★ ★ ★ ★ ★ firstly, the cilantro on these all pizzas is not fresh. it was against health standards, secondly they didn't call to confirm the order. when i went there to take pizzas , i checked if they have cilantro on them but it wasn't, then the girl named Simar went inside to put cilantro. also she had her headphones on while dealing with me. overall, it wasn't a good experience for me because no one would like stale or old toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought home Red Swan pizza, we wanted to try it. Good presentation. Nice amount of toppings and spacing was good. Traditional crust wasn't greasy and not super thick, no bubbling, sauce was good and not overpowering. Nice tasting bacon and the beef was ground so it tasted pretty good. We just got the bacon and beef. BUT huge downside was that they put sesame seeds on the outer of the crust which left a bad taste in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time trying Red Swan Pizza and I must say I'm quite pleased with the taste and quality. I've ordered Greek and Beef Taco both are great. The crust are also amazing with that roasted sesame flavor. Definitely will be back for more.
I've ordered takeout via their website, wait time was around 20min, it was ready when I got there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straight up awesome pizza and service. I'll be straight... they were busy and behind and i was hangry. I lost my cool and left before getting our food. Owner/server brought the food out to the car and gave it to us no charge before we drove away. He was super apologetic and honestly cared about the interaction. Pizza was top notch and as far as im concerned I owe them $40. They didn't have to do anything but they did. I will be back guaranteed. This place is top in kamloops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid online for later pickup, food was hot and ready when I got there. Good customer service, good selections and deals, even better pizza! We tried the Swan deal with a Honey Garlic Chicken pizza with teriyaki wings and garlic fingers, all of it was awesome!! Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the beef taco pizza with a thin crust, it tasted good but the pizza crust was so floppy that It just immediately fell apart when we tried to pick it up, i threw it in my air fryer to try and it make the crust a bit more manageable. I will say I ordered from skip the dishes and there was no option to request no jalapenos and when I called they said no problem and the pizza arrived jalapeno free which was super nice. We also ordered boneless wings with honey garlic and they say they are hand tossed in sauce which we were looking forward to however they came with dipping sauce on the side. The chicken was really good though. Will try something else next time to see how it goes.
