C	Cody Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly never a bad experience and it only ever takes them like 15 min to make my pizzas (when they aren't swamped obviously). I have read some bad reviews in the past but I personally haven't had any bad food or customer service myself I think they have improved alot since those reviews were made so don't be too quick to judge this is a great little pizza place.
S	Sam Fehst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience was unpleasant, the time they gave me on the pizza was false and took and extra 20 minutes. They had little to no toppings for a hefty price. The pizza was still doughy and undercooked and the staff was unwilling to work with me when I tried to discuss my complaints. Not a well run establishment and will not be returning.

x	x__dolorem__x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrified. Ordered the vegetarian lasagna only to open it, eat half, and find several small pieces of sausage at the very bottom. If this were a customer requesting an ingredient be taken out because they were allergic, this would be much more serious. They provided a free replacement with no meat after a phone call explaining the situation, which is appreciated, but I absolutely will NOT be coming back. The damage is done and it should not have happened in the first place. I hope for other customers’ sake that the same mistake is not made again.
M	Manvir Basran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Ordered 8 pizzas, we usually order lots from this location. Four boxes of our pizza were not even cut into slices we had to cut them ourselves. I called into the store and wanted a refund because they were very rude and disrespectful towards me. Telling me I was lying, and that they cut all the pizzas which they didn’t. They said they would call me back to see if I can get a refund, they didn’t call and I had to text the number they gave me the next day and then said no refund. I had let them know this was horrible customer service, and then one of the managers Jotpreet called me yelling and telling me I was threatening her staff because I had said I wanted a refund for the pizzas not being cut at all. She was yelling at me and talking over me and then eventually hung up. We order here probably twice a month and spend at least $140 each order. This wasn’t our first problem the pizza is so inconsistent and sometimes uncooked. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I would reccomend no one to eat here. Horrible pizza and customer service

I have never been disappointed by them and the ladies who work there are also excellent in everything they do. Great flavours and even better options in their whole menu. Definitely a thumbs up! Highly recommend it :)

We had a few families over for a very special occasion to which we ordered pizza from this location (8 large pizzas). Unfortunately 4 pizzas were not cut, also toppings and sauces were lacking. After spending $140 on these pizzas we called the store to let them know that some of the pizzas were not cut as they should be and we had to cut them ourselves, we were met with utter disrespect and felt very degraded as a customer. Getting told we were lying whilst feeling violated on the phone was not what we were expecting from a business establishment. Management was very rude and didn't help us at all. Last time we are choosing to eat here.

Have had this pizza several times myself, and with friends and I've never been impressed, especially with the prices you'd expect a bit better product and service. Also had friends be yelled at and argued with by staff over another order that was cold and incorrect to begin with when they received it. Not one to typically hate on small business, but I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location.
